RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
If you return your purchase within 30 days of the date of purchase unopened, you will receive a full refund or exchange. Unopened products returned after 30 days of date of purchase may be exchanged for a product(s) of equal value, no refunds will be given.
How to return your item(s):
- Returns for purchases made online

- Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We do not give refunds or exchanges for featured specials, discontinued items, or items purchased through unauthorized resellers or online auctions.
- All exchanges will be shipped via Startrack couriers.
- Refunds are only issued to the credit card used in placing the order.
When we receive your return package and it is ready to be processed, you will receive a Return Confirmation email with details of your return shipment and your refund or exchange. Please note that returns can take up to 30 days.
- Returns for purchases made at a retail location

If you would like to return a unopened gift and do not wish the refund to go to the purchaser, please call (02) 66285 111 to set up the gift return under your name. Gift returns will be in the form of store credit and can be exchanged for a product(s) of equal value. Please fill out the Return Form and indicate the reason for return as “Gift” and include it with your items that you wish to exchange.
